-- Dennis Pang founded Motive8 Media in 2009 to serve local and global businesses. His goal was to create a full-service marketing agency that would encompass website development and Internet marketing.
Dennis Pang combines a background in website design and development with extensive knowledge and experience in Internet marketing. He's worked with and for several companies, and has been a part of many diverse development teams in the past. His understanding of the entire development process and strategic Marketing help him bridge gaps between disciplines commonly found in web development teams.

That realization motivated Pang to start his own company.
"While individually good at their own disciplines, I've worked with designers in the past who couldn't program an HTML table if their life depended on it, and programmers who've never even touched Photoshop. I've also seen Internet marketing experts who have no knowledge of how to create websites. My experience and knowledge in all three disciplines is what makes Motive8 Media strong", says Pang.
Since launching his business as a one-man show last year, Pang has since put together a small team of specialists to meet the growing demand of Motive8 Media's services. The core team now comprises of Nick Routley, Creative Director, and Gary Tong, Director of Technology.
"We are definitely looking to scale up our operation to service more clients, but we will still always be committed to having a high level of quality and expertise in all our work. Being a small agency allows me to be more hands on, and to make sure all projects are being done right the first time. It also allows me to give our clients more face to face time and attention. We take pride in their success."
